Job Summary

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Product Education: Engage enthusiastically with customers to understand their tech needs, explaining the features and benefits of smart devices, wearables, and T-Mobile Home Internet.
• Sales Execution: Assist customers with comparing service plans, processing upgrades, and hitting monthly sales quotas for new lines and accessories.
• Customer Experience: Troubleshoot billing issues, process payments, and ensure every customer leaves feeling valued and excited about the Un-carrier.
• Store Vibe: Help maintain an immaculate, high-energy sales floor, ensuring all displays are functional and the store looks completely inviting.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application.
• No prior wireless sales experience required, but a strong personal interest in consumer electronics and a competitive drive are highly preferred.
• Must possess an incredibly friendly, outgoing personality and the ability to explain complex tech simply.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, navigate a tablet point-of-sale system, and lift up to 30 pounds.
