Job Summary
We are actively seeking charismatic, patient, and highly articulate individuals to run our store-level training programs. As a Retail Trainer, you will conduct orientations, lead hands-on systems training, and ensure strict compliance with food safety education. Comprehensive Responsibilities
- New Hire Orientation: Lead engaging Day 1 orientation sessions, covering company history, core values, dress code, and basic safety protocols.
- Systems Training: Conduct hands-on training for cashiers and fulfillment associates, teaching them how to navigate point-of-sale systems and handheld scanners.
- Compliance Tracking: Ensure all associates complete mandatory computer-based training (CBT) modules for HIPAA, OSHA, and Food Safety certifications on time.
- Continuous Coaching: Shadow new hires on the sales floor during their first week, providing real-time, constructive feedback and encouragement.
