Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling: Engage with guests to understand their gaming preferences, recommending new console releases, gaming headsets, and subscription services.
• Trade-In Processing: Accurately test and process customer trade-ins for games, consoles, and smart devices, explaining credit values clearly.
• Visual Merchandising: Keep the store looking immaculate by alphabetizing games, organizing pop culture collectibles, and updating promotional signage.
• Transaction Execution: Operate the cash register with precision, handling cash and credit transactions while promoting our PowerUp Rewards loyalty program.
