- Membership Verification: Greet every entering member with a warm smile, ensuring they have an active digital or physical Sam's Club card ready for shopping.
- Exit Auditing: Utilize handheld scanners to swiftly verify outgoing receipts against the items in the member's cart, ensuring accuracy and reducing shrink.
- Queue Management: Keep the entrance and exit flowing smoothly during peak weekend hours, proactively directing traffic and assisting members with the Scan & Go app.
- Club Safety: Keep the vestibule area clean, organized, and free of hazards, immediately reporting any safety concerns to management.
