Job Summary

We are actively seeking energetic, fast-moving, and physically strong individuals to join our logistics team. As a Checkout Associate, you will be responsible for unloading deliveries, sorting garments, and applying security tags rapidly. You will serve as the logistical heartbeat of the store, delivering the signature daily inventory turns that set H&M apart in the fast fashion industry. This is a highly active role perfect for early risers who love a structured, physical workday.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Freight Processing: Unload daily truck deliveries rapidly, separating mixed boxes into specific departments (Men's, Women's, Divided, Kids).
• Unboxing & Tagging: Unpack garments from protective plastic, place them on standard H&M hangers, and apply hard security tags to high-theft items swiftly.
• Sales Floor Merchandising: Push heavy, rolling Z-racks out to the sales floor, working efficiently to stock new merchandise before the store opens to the public.
• Store Recovery: Break down massive amounts of cardboard and plastic waste, operating the industrial baler safely to keep the backroom pristine.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Extreme physical stamina with the continuous ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds throughout the shift.
