Job Summary

We are actively seeking friendly, reliable, and empathetic individuals to join our frontline support team. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the welcoming face of the store's Service Experience desk. You will be entrusted with mastering the omnichannel fulfillment process and the return operations. You will serve as an overarching service ambassador, delivering the signature joy and efficiency that sets us apart in the luxury retail industry. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Omnichannel Delivery: Retrieve and package online orders beautifully, handing them off to guests in-store or running them out for Curbside Pickup with incredible speed and a friendly greeting.
• Guest Solutions: Utilize rigorous training to respond to guest inquiries at the service desk, processing complex returns and exchanges with empathy and zero hassle.
• Style Support: Assist the sales floor during peak rushes by directing customers to specific designer brands, locating sizes, or helping clear fitting rooms.
• Vibe Management: Keep the front-of-store and service desk areas immaculate, ensuring the environment is always welcoming, chic, and safe.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application.
• No prior high-end retail experience required—we provide extensive hospitality training.
• Must possess an incredibly friendly, outgoing personality, high emotional intelligence, and a genuine desire to help people.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk briskly for order deliveries, and comfortably lift up to 30 pounds.
