Job Summary

We are actively seeking energetic, detail-oriented, and highly stylish individuals to join our sales floor team. As an entry-level Front End Associate, you will be trained to become a master of apparel placement and fitting room hospitality. You will serve as an in-aisle brand ambassador, delivering the signature neatness and relaxed vibe that sets Hollister apart in the teen apparel industry. This is an active, physical role perfect for those who love fashion and seeing the immediate results of their hard work.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Aisle Maintenance: Execute continuous visual recovery, folding denim flawlessly, sizing apparel racks, and ensuring the store aesthetic aligns with corporate directives.
• Fitting Room Support: Manage the fitting room queue, offering sizing advice to customers, and swiftly sorting returned garments back onto the sales floor.
• Customer Interaction: Proactively approach browsing shoppers to offer styling tips, locate specific items, and suggest complementary products like fragrances or accessories.
• Freight Processing: Unload weekly deliveries and push new merchandise to the sales floor, applying security sensors to high-theft items.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age (with valid work permit) or 18 years of age upon application.

• Must possess an excellent eye for detail and the physical stamina to walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with upbeat music and a highly social atmosphere.
