Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Visual Merchandising: Execute continuous floor recovery, folding sweaters, sizing apparel racks, and styling mannequins according to corporate visual guidelines.
• Proactive Engagement: Approach browsing guests to offer styling advice, locate specific sizes, and suggest matching accessories to complete their look.
• Fitting Room Operations: Manage the fitting room queue, swiftly sorting returned items, and integrating them seamlessly back onto the sales floor.
• Transaction Execution: Jump onto the cash registers to process payments smoothly, manage returns, and promote the Star Rewards credit card program.
